VISIT
Firstly, one of our branch partners will visit your property and provide you with a rental assessment. In doing so we will take into account current statutory regulations, the property's size, age, condition, location, fixtures and fittings.
As a client of My Home Connect, the first thing you will discover is that we will take the time to find out what you want from your letting and management service. Do you want us to simply find and place a tenant for you? Or do you want us to undertake a full letting and management service, in which we also collect rental monies and attend to all matters arising during the tenancy? How long do you wish to rent the property for? And what conditions do you wish to attach to the letting?
LETTING ONLY
If you wish to manage the property and supervise the tenancy yourself, this is the ideal service for you-and you can leave us to advertise the property, find tenants, set up the rental agreement and carry out all necessary administrative duties.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
If you wish, you can leave the whole supervision of the letting and management process to us. This is particularly useful if you are moving away from the area, living abroad - or simply don't want the bother of running the tenancy. Under our Property Management service, we will carry out all those duties covered by our Letting Only service - and, in addition, we will check-in the tenants, collect the rent, ensure the property is looked after and offer rental protection. Unlike some other agents, My Home Connect do not choose to have a central management office as we feel that you, the landlord, should have your property managed by your local branch, giving you a far more personal service.
